WHR#001, Sr. Microwave Design Engineer

As our business continues to grow in scale and complexity, we need the professional services of a Sr. Microwave Design Engineer to design and develop advanced microwave components, perform system analysis and optimization, and improve our product development processes and overall design efficiency. The Sr. Microwave Design Engineer will perform complex circuit simulations and validations to enhance product performance and ensure reliability, including design optimization, testing, and prototype development, as well as performing technical troubleshooting during the manufacturing process.
The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- Design and develop RF and microwave circuits for amplifiers, frequency conversion products, passive coaxial components, and waveguide devices, ensuring compliance with performance requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct simulations and modeling using advanced software tools to optimize microwave component performance across frequencies ranging from 1KHz to 110 GHz.
- Analyze system requirements and develop design solutions for both commercial and defense sector applications, ensuring cost-effective and high-performance outcomes.
- Develop and execute test procedures for verifying the performance of newly designed RF and microwave products under various operating conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microwave subsystems into larger electronic systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the development and manufacturing phases, providing technical support for production teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications for internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity in design and implementation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave engineering to continually improve product offerings and design methodologies.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience as a radio frequency engineer designing and developing microwave amplifier products.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for circuit and component design.
This is a full-time position. The salary is $92,518 per year.
WHR#002, Electronics Assembler / RF Technician
JOB Description:
This individual will be responsible for assembling, testing, tuning, aligning to specifications, trouble-shooting electronics circuits and sub-assemblies from/to components level, and performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB Requirements:
- One to three years experience on electronics circuit board assembling, worked with SMT devices, capable of reading schematics and assembly drawings
- Have basic knowledge of S-parameters, reflection and transmission testing
- Familiar with network analyzers, noise figure meters, spectrum analyzers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, great team player
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and AutoCAD
- AA degree
- Must be authorized to work in any US company
